Follow the Leader

Me and my wonderful husband was reading in our "Love Dare" book about leaders.
Being a leader is very important and plays an important role on its followers, but what we also learned was if someone who is under the leaders position falls or fails to do something, then the wrath always is put back on to the leader. The leader always takes the blame and punishment, right? Well being a wife, and he is the husband, he takes the role and leadership as husband. So if me or any wife falls or fails (which we women know were not perfect, but come close) our husband takes the blame. He is the one who is responsible for us. I would sure hate it, if I was to stumble and cause blame and guilt and bad image towards my husband. I guess I never really thought about until recently how true that is! What about as Christians and someone sees us stumble or fall, how does that make God look? Good thing God loves us enough to forgive us and pick us back up and give us another chance! AND GOOD thing husbands do too! So my challenge for today, is to strive to become a better wife and a better Christian, because I am representing more then just myself! :)
